This overnight chia pudding is creamier than ever because it’s made with yogurt instead of coconut milk. Stir together this super quick dessert-like breakfast just before bed and you’ll have a totally delicious dish ready to go in the morning.MORE+LESS-
cup Cascadian Farm™ organic strawberry fruit spread
cups Yoplait® Original vanilla yogurt
In a bowl, mash strawberries with a fork and muddle with jam until well combined.
In a large bowl, stir together yogurt and chia. Spoon 1/4 cup yogurt into the bottom of a 6 small ramekins.
Top each with 2 tablespoons of strawberry sauce and an additional 1/4 cup of yogurt, then finish off with a dollop of strawberry sauce. Cover gently with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight before serving.
- Chia seeds expand when they absorb moisture, so don’t be surprised if the next day your overnight chia pudding has grown!
- This overnight chia pudding is easy to modify for a change of flavor. Swap the strawberry fruit spread for mixed berry and top in blueberries or raspberries. Or try substituting apple flavors, then dust with cinnamon before serving.
