  • for each 800 ml jar a teaspoon of salt, one teaspoon of sugar and 4 tablespoons of vinegar (I adjusted the quantities with the 1 liter jar). I also put 1-2 thinly cut horseradish stalks.

Preparation: build the cucumbers in jars, starting with a layer of dried dill on the bottom of the jar, between them we insert the slices of carrots and onion cut into scales, a bay leaf.
